We are looking for an experienced Dishwasher / Porter to join our culinary team. If you are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and want to kickstart your career in a high-volume environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities :

• Maintain cleanliness in all dishwashing and kitchen areas, including pot sinks, prep surfaces, and equipment.
• Support overall restaurant cleanliness by sanitizing sinks, countertops, tabletops, doors, and walls.
• Organize and maintain the storeroom, manage deliveries, and handle linen storage and distribution.
• Continuously remove trash and recyclables from all areas of the restaurant to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with general prep and cleaning tasks as needed to support kitchen and service operations.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
