We are looking for Chiropractor to join us full-time or part-time in our Chiropractic Wellness clinic in Stamford CT. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about Chiropractic care and the continued benefits it brings, someone who is responsible and reliable. Responsibilities :

• Patient exam / evaluation (review medical history and pertinent imaging / records)
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body (Diversified, Manual, Drop table, Activator)
• Educate patients on the preventative and wellness care, as well as continued benefits of routine chiropractic care
• Track patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Building positive doctor-patient relationships
• Follow up with patient calls
