Job description

Territory Merchandising Manager

$110,000 - $120,000 per hour

Monday – Friday 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

Columbus, Ohio

  • This position will require travel between 50% and 75% of the time

    • What you’ll be doing :

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Merchandising Representatives, ensuring accountability and performance aligned with KPIs.
  • Set clear, measurable objectives for team members and provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Field Business Development, and other departments to ensure field teams are equipped with the necessary tools, materials, and information.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting through Salesforce and GeoPointe; manage updates and ensure data integrity.
  • Oversee the consistent implementation of the company's product brand standards at all stocking locations.
  • Manage and optimize the use of company vehicles to ensure Merchandising Representatives are maximizing their field efficiency and time with customers.
  • Travel 50–75% of the time to conduct ride-alongs with Merchandising Representatives, providing in-field support, coaching, and assistance with special projects as needed.

    • Who we’re looking for :

  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising, field team management, or related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams and driving performance against defined KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable working in CRM platforms such as Salesforce; experience with GeoPointe is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support field operations and visit stocking locations.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
