Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) — On-site, United States
Industry sector : Infrastructure engineering and construction consulting focused on civil infrastructure, transportation, water resources, site development, and public works projects for municipal and private clients. We deliver design, permitting, construction-administration, and multidisciplinary coordination for complex, regulatory-driven programs.
About the Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer, licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE), to join our on-site delivery teams across the United States. This role leads engineering design, permit-ready documentation, construction support, and client-facing project delivery for mid- to large-scale infrastructure projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead civil design for transportation, grading, drainage, and site development projects and produce permit-ready plans, specifications, and technical reports.
- Perform engineering calculations (hydrology, hydraulics, structural roadway elements) and validate models using HEC-RAS / HEC-HMS or equivalent tools.
- Coordinate with survey, geotechnical, environmental, and structural teams to integrate disciplines and produce constructible deliverables.
- Manage permit submittals and regulatory coordination with local DOTs, municipalities, and state / federal agencies (NPDES / stormwater included).
- Provide construction phase support : RFI responses, ASIs, shop drawing review, site observation, and change-order evaluation.
- Mentor junior staff, conduct technical reviews, and enforce QA / QC processes to meet budget and schedule targets.

Required Degree : 4 Year Degree, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's degree a plus)
Manage Others : YesMinimum Experience : 5 Years&PE license in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure by comity required5+ years of relevant experienceExperience or knowledge of Civil 3D is a plusPreferred
