Job descriptionProcess customer orders daily to meet their expectations Work in one or more process paths; receiving, picking, packing, or shipping Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures and complete documentation requirements for QA inspection materials Help ensure accurate storage and processing of inventory Engage with your team to secure that each team member has a remarkable working atmosphere at Thermo Fisher Scientific High school diploma or equivalent experience required 0-1 years of general warehouse experience is required Experience of 12-24 months in a scan and pack environment is preferred Experience with powered industrial trucks (Fork Lifts) is preferred Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching required) Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Desire to collaborate with a team, while also capable of working autonomously and addressing challenges promptly Ability to read and write in English Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs Hourly pay rate based on experience Annual performance-based bonus Annual merit performance-based increase Review our company's Total Rewards Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits-effective Day 1 Paid Time Off (120 hours per year) + Designated Paid Holidays 401K Company Match up to 6% Tuition Reimbursement eligible after 90 days! Warehouse Team Member
