Senior ML Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior ML Engineer - Personalisation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and iterate on scalable, real-time Next Best Action (NBA) and ranking models

Design and implement end-to-end, production-grade ML pipelines on GCP, integrating with Vertex AI services

Collaborate with data engineering teams to define feature requirements and utilize feature stores for low-latency model serving

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

7+ years of experience in developing and deploying production-grade machine learning models

Deep expertise with the GCP ecosystem, particularly Vertex AI and related services

Proven experience in designing and implementing ranking algorithms and Next Best Action models

Mastery of Python and its core ML ecosystem, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
