How you will contribute

• Maintain the IT Asset Register within ServiceNow CMDB.
• Process asset management tasks related to onboarding, moves, and offboarding, ensuring timely return of end-of-life laptops.
• Handle repairs, returns, and re-assignment of hardware, ensuring accurate data capture.
• Implement policies for damaged, lost, stolen, and replacement assets.
• Coordinate with IT teams for eWaste disposal of laptops.
• Conduct physical audits of hardware and cross-reference with ServiceNow records.
• Manage stock, including goods in / out processing.
• Handle incident and service request asset tasks following policies.
• Suggest operational improvements and adhere to workflows.
• Coordinate hardware shipping and tracking with lessors.
• Support hardware asset management activities, including discovery, reporting, refreshes, and disposal, aligned with security standards.
• Maintain receiving logs and ensure asset re-assignments are accurate.
• Order accessories and peripherals, manage stock.
• Collaborate with the wider IT department as needed.
