Job Description

TechnoSmarts has a Contract Healthcare Paralegal position available with their client in Brookline, MA. This is a 6 month - Right to Hire position with a well respected Healthcare system. This is a Hybrid position - 3 days / week on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Managing contract review requests and other tasks within contract management system – Agiloft
  • Reviewing template agreements and simple amendments.
  • Managing some corporate filings and governance matters.
  • Assisting corporate attorneys with additional needs.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of previous experience as a paralegal required.
  • Experience in an inhouse healthcare setting or in healthcare department of a law firm preferred.
  • Experience with contracts management system in a law firm / in-house.
