Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Louisville. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans to promote understanding and compliance.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to improve patient care outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications :
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Full time APRN
Mon-Fri
Outpatient Office, Dialysis and Inpatient rounding
1 weekend every 4 weeks inpatient rounding (1 free day during the week after weekend)
1-2 holidays per year (bonus pay and extra holiday provided)
1 year experience as APRN
ICU / Critical care experience as an RN
3 weeks PTO
5 days CME ($1250 CME allowance annually)
