Job description

Job Title : Talent Advisor / Recruitment Advisor

Industry : Healthcare and Hospitals

Location : 1275 York Ave, New York, NY 10017 (Hybrid at least once a week onsite)

Salary : $3540 / hr (W2)

Term : 6-month contract with potential for extension

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Advisor to join our team in the healthcare and hospital industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful roles, providing a seamless candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet recruitment goals.

As a Talent Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner and consultant driving strategic recruitment efforts, analyzing market data, and delivering exceptional hiring experiences aligned with organizational values and diversity goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Delivery

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess fit and eligibility based on agreed hiring strategies.
  • Present a diverse slate of qualified candidates and guide hiring teams through selection and interview processes.
  • Execute recruiting best practices, ensuring compliance with internal standards, KPIs, and service-level expectations.
  • Extend offers and coordinate with compensation partners when needed.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Develop talent pipelines through networking, outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with all candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support inclusive hiring practices and model equitable behaviors throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, market trends, and hiring priorities.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement creative recruiting solutions and enhance organizational success.
  • Business Acumen & Data Analytics

  • Utilize data insights and market intelligence to advise stakeholders and refine talent strategies.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in HR systems and generate reports for assigned client groups.
  • Stay informed about industry and competitor trends to provide valuable market perspective.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree required (Human Resources or related field preferred).
  • Knowledge of employment laws, EEO regulations, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and learning agility.
