What's the job? We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from conception to completion. As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors to develop strong professional relationships and deliver exceptional results. A day in the life :

• Leadership; manage, direct, and control all aspects of the project and team
• Relationships; build, develop, and maintain relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Budget & Scheduling; develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource planning
• Risk Management; identify, track, and mitigate risks, changes, and challenges
• Communication; lead meetings, document processes, and communicate with all involved clearly and effectively
• Closeout & Quality Control; oversee final inspections, systems commissioning, closeout documentation, punch lists, warranty work, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
