Job description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring is for an experienced Audit Supervisor to oversee multi-phase client assignments with precision and mentorship for a respected professional services firm. This fully in-person opportunity offers hands-on leadership of assurance engagements across diverse industries, working closely with both clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead multiple client engagements focused on financial reporting, compliance, and assurance
  • Coordinate planning, execution, and review phases of audit deliverables
  • Review working papers, financial statements, notes, and disclosures for clarity and accuracy
  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate team members across engagements
  • Assess internal controls and recommend process improvements
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks
  • Serve as a main contact for client updates, expectations, and feedback
  • Support integration of evolving accounting and auditing standards

About You :

  • 5+ years of public accounting experience with increasing leadership in audit-focused projects
  • Adept at supervising junior staff and managing multiple assignments efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with client-facing experience
  • Familiar with recent guidance updates and quality control processes
  • Committed to maintaining professional standards and continuous team development
