Technical Project Manager / Solutions Engineer | Technology

Compensation : $125,000 – $150,000 + benefits

Location : Hybrid with onsite presence in Irvine, CA

We are partnering with a growing technology-driven organization to identify a Technical Project Manager / Solutions Engineer to join their team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution — translating organizational goals into scalable solutions and ensuring they are delivered with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Develop solution design artifacts such as sequence diagrams, integration contracts, and test plans.

Break down large initiatives into actionable stories and manage agile delivery cycles.

Lead and coordinate both onshore and offshore technical teams, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

Contribute hands-on technical expertise in areas such as Salesforce, middleware scripting, and UI adjustments.

Oversee release readiness activities including UAT, regression testing, documentation, and monitoring.

Enhance delivery practices around CI / CD, observability, and coding standards.

Report on project delivery using clear metrics (timeliness, quality, efficiency).

Skills & Experience

Strong background with Salesforce CRM platform.

Hands-on proficiency in one or more of the following : Apex, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node, Python, or SQL.

Solid experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Experience integrating portals, SSO, document workflows, and APIs.

Familiarity with test automation frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Cypress) and CI / CD pipelines.

Exposure to BI / reporting tools (Tableau or similar) a plus.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in blended roles (Solutions Engineering, Technical PM, or CRM-focused leadership).
