Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Seattle, WA, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Deux Vingt, you will be responsible for shaping visual identities and delivering high-quality design across branding, email marketing, and web platforms—while also supporting broader campaigns and multi-channel creative. This role combines conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can translate strategy into cohesive, striking visual systems. You’ll collaborate directly with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure every piece of work is brand-aligned, impactful, and fit for purpose in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Key responsibilities include :
- Leading brand identity projects from concept to execution.
- Designing brand-aligned assets for email marketing campaigns (layouts, templates, graphics).
- Creating web and digital design assets including landing pages, campaign microsites, and supporting visuals.
- Developing scalable visual systems across digital, print, motion, and experiential touchpoints.
- Designing logos, typography, layouts, and graphic elements that reflect strategic intent.
- Collaborating with creative directors, strategists, content teams, and client stakeholders to ensure cohesive outcomes.
- Providing design direction and mentorship to junior designers when needed.
- Creating presentation-ready visuals and pitch materials for client projects.
- Staying on top of design trends, tools, and techniques to inspire forward-thinking solutions.
- Working closely with production and film teams to ensure brand consistency across media.
- Presenting design work to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).6+ years of professional experience in brand and identity design, ideally within an agency or creative studio.Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, email marketing design, and web / digital projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and Figma.Familiarity with email design best practices (HTML knowledge a plus).Understanding of responsive web and digital design principles.Strong eye for typography, composition, color, imagery.Ability to balance conceptual thinking with precise execution.Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders, translating feedback into brand-aligned creative solutions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior creatives.
