Overview

Bartlett Tree Experts is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who understands the importance and value of our clients and recognizes the significance of team support!

Responsibilities

This is a very busy office where it is paramount to possess a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.   Responsibilities include :

  • Working directly with Arborists and clients to facilitate sales, increase brand awareness and build a satisfied customer base.
  • Answering incoming phone calls in a high call volume environment while making outbound calls related to customer service and sales. (No cold-calling.)
  • Performing customer service / administrative tasks at an exceptional level while supporting office and production team members and all company policies.
  • Working well independently and takes initiative.
  • Treating all team members with equality and respect.
  • All duties to be performed in the local office during business hours, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

    Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced office.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI.
  • Ability to learn and work efficiently within various proprietary operating systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Detail oriented with accurate data entry skills.
  • No phone calls or emails, please.
