- \n\nJob duties : \n\nCoordination of client care services to include comprehensive admission assessment and care plans. Provide nursing care and on-going assessment. Provide direction and nursing leadership in the accomplishment of care plan and unit care team activities. Act as client advocate and is a leader in quality improvement, safety and infection control.\n\nRequirements / Qualifications\n\nMinimum Qualifications : A current license to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.\n\nOther : Must pass background checks and complete pre-employment drug screening.\n\nKnowledge, skills and abilities : \n\nKnowledge of nursing theory and practice; accepted standards of care; policies and procedures governing nursing care; sanitation and infection control standards, policies and procedures and techniques of providing quality nursing care.
