Primary Care at New Milford Hospital, a part of Nuvance Health, is seeking Primary Care Physician at New Milford Hospital in New Milford, CT (85 miles from NYC and 14 miles north of Danbury). It is a highly regarded well-established practice with limited on call obligations. You will work with 6 Providers (Physicians and Nurse Practitioner colleagues). We have a busy, established practice in a family-friendly location.
This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice. Competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match and contribution. Hiring bonus and relocation stipend may also be available.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate primary care physician who will provide comprehensive care in a team-based environment to our population of patients. This includes not only caring for acute and chronic conditions but working with multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our entire panel of covered lives. This as a full-time, office-based position providing outpatient services only, utilizing a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all our hospitals and sites.

- Daily Management Systems to ensure collaboration and problem solving occurs at the practice level - the clinicians and support staff know how best to solve for complex challenges

Salary range : $275,000-$325,000 dependent upon experience
