• Position Requirements
• We are seeking a Chief Anesthesiologist with a strong clinical background in Anesthesiology, and proven leadership experience for Harbour View Medical Center opening in May 2025. This is a chance to join the group day one and help build a strong, collegial team of Anesthesiologist.Bon Secours Harbour View Medical Center is a brand-new state-of-the-art facility opening in May 2025 and will adjoin the existing Bon Secours Health Center at Harbour View.Anesthesiologist joining the team will have a great work / life balance and be providing anesthesia services within a known and respected hospital system.

• Responsibilities
• Direct and coordinate activities in the Anesthesia Department
• Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and / or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtains and / or verifies patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed
• Requirements
• M.D. / D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• ECFMC and FLEX
• Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a Physician
