Job Summary :
We are seeking Line Cooks who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a clean, structured kitchen, takes pride in consistent execution, and is motivated by a desire to learn new skills and techniques rooted in French cuisine—both classic and modern. Responsibilities :
- Prepare and execute dishes with precision, consistency, and care
- Maintain a clean and efficient station throughout service
- Follow recipes and plating guidelines while contributing to a culture of culinary excellence
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and communication
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with prep and mise en place, including proper labeling and storage
- Take direction well and be open to feedback and instruction from senior team members
Qualifications :
