Key Responsibilities : Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments
• Research and resolve vendor account discrepancies, providing proactive solutions
• Review vendor terms to ensure cost-effective and efficient payment processes
• Collaborate with other divisions, subsidiaries, and related companies regarding invoices and payments
• Maintain organized, accurate accounts payable records in accordance with company policies
