Key Responsibilities
- Assist in wiring and maintaining DC, single-phase, and three-phase motors.
- Learn to size and install breakers, fuses, and wires under supervision.
- Support troubleshooting of basic control circuits (0–10 VDC, 4–20 mA, PNP / NPN).
- Perform entry-level motor testing and inspections with proper tools.
- Aid in installation of safety circuits and protective devices.
- Help document wiring and maintain updated schematics.
- Participate in preventive maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Continue skill development through training and mentorship.
Core Skills / Competencies
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring (single and three-phase).Familiarity with circuit protection (fuses, breakers).Willingness to learn motor and control system troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret simple electrical diagrams.Safe work practices around energized equipment.Preferred Experience / Requirements
