Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more).

HHS / OIG Search.

GSA Search.

Social Security Number Trace.

2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.

SAM Search.

Washington State background with fingerprints required for facility-run positions.
