AVP, Multinational Underwriting Manager

Zurich is currently looking to hire an AVP, Underwriting Manager- Multinational (Regional) to lead our International Team of Large Casualty Underwriters! We are open to hiring in Philadelphia or New York City. This is a hybrid opportunity between work-from-home and in-office time. You will be expected to travel as necessary to support the needs of the team and to cultivate key broker relationships within the region (20%). This is a critical role in driving and engaging team culture.

• Experience working on highly complex international placements for both guaranteed cost and loss sensitive program structures.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $215,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 20%.
