About the Role :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized Case Manager to join our growing legal team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping manage their cases from start to finish, keeping communication clear, and ensuring every step moves smoothly.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage a high volume of cases, ensuring deadlines and next steps are always on track
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and answering questions
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and other professionals as needed
- Gather, organize, and maintain case documentation and records
- Track progress, identify any issues, and help keep cases moving efficiently
- Provide empathetic and professional client support throughout the process
