In this role, you will :

Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants

Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area

Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables

Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications :

• 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only :

Desired Qualifications :

2+ years of Merchant Services Sales and / or support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education.

1+ year of customer service experience; preferably within the C suite level.

Experience in sales, sales support, or direct client contact experience preferably in the financial services industry

Merchant or payments processing experience

Good project management skills with the ability to multitask and communications skills with C-suite clients

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

Proven ability to provide strong customer service and develop strong client relationships

Job Expectations :

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $57,700 - $102,700.

Salary / Hourly range is determined by location of the job.
