Job descriptionBase Salary : $265,000 Productivity and incentive bonuses Sign On Bonus Relocation Assistance Loan Repayment Professional liability coverage Full benefits include : life, health, dental, and vision for the physician and family H1B Sponsorship If Necessary Flexible and realistic work-life balance for all our providers Full-time - Saginaw, MI Outpatient Family Medicine Physician Provide direct primary medical care to all patients with the highest medical standards and ethics in a caring, nurturing atmosphere Outpatient practice settings with a robust employed hospitalist program in place Several subspecialists are part of the medical staff, including a number of surgical specialties, and pediatric subspecialties Shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only) - 1 : 5 Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays Veradigm EMR Board Eligible / Board Certified - Family Medicine Ability to hold a Michigan State License Open to new grad or experienced physicians H1B Sponsorship if Necessary
