The Facilities and Property Manager is responsible for coordinating maintenance, operations, and safety of our buildings and grounds, managing facilities staff / volunteers, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices while creating a welcoming and well-managed environment for our members, guests, and staff.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility administration, maintenance, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage maintenance schedules and facility improvement plans.
• Manage vendor contracts, facility budgets, and procurement processes.
• Lead the team of maintenance staff / volunteers and approved contractors / vendors.
• Coordinate and implement building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with church leadership to support ministry needs and facility usage.
