About the Role

As the Head of Growth Engineering, Systems, and Operations, you will report to the CMO to build and scale the core systems that fuel our go-to-market success. These are high scale, mission-critical systems that include a combination of homegrown applications and third-party software across various marketing and sales stacks. We are looking for a leader to take our amazing team to the next level, deploying next-generation software that redefines our go-to-market strategies and helps us make critical business decisions using the most accurate data possible.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• Oversee automation, data enrichment, experimentation, funnel optimization, and GTM software, with the core goal of scaling revenue and efficiency across our many growth channels.
• Lead and grow an amazing team of 20+ software engineers, growth / data engineers, web engineers, data scientists, analytics engineers, and marketing technology / operations experts. You will have directors and managers reporting to you to oversee Frontend, Backend, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing Technology / Operations teams.
• Own evaluation, negotiations, and implementation of the marketing technology stack
• Own the growth systems roadmap, including project prioritization and architecture of next-generation solutions

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and / or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
