Job description :

Bilingual, hands-on HR Manager to lead on-site HR operations for a high-volume consumer manufacturing facility with three shifts and goes from 100 f / tto 300 including seasonal contract employeesYoull work in-office at manufacturing plant, supporting a loyal, long-tenured workforce, while partnering with leadership to strengthen engagement, compliance, and performance.

What Youll Do :

• Serve as an enthusiastic HR leader for all three shifts, (primarily M-F, daily), supporting employees and managers with reduced nights / weekend shifts.Goes to 300 during high season.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance initiatives.
• Foster communication and connection across a bilingual workforce.
• Oversee benefits, leaves, compliance, and safety programs (min payroll).
• Advise managers on HR best practices and maintain consistent policies.

Qualifications :

Fluent Spanish, consumer manufacturing, 35 min max commute to Garden Grove daily, can work in solo HR environment
