Preferred Experience & Qualifications :
Experience working with children in educational or behavioral support settings
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred)
Ability to follow teacher direction and implement behavior or academic plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, flexibility, and reliability in classroom environments
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with daily classroom tasks and instructional activities
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs
Support students with mobility, communication, or behavioral needs
Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed
Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff
Maintain a safe, structured environment conducive to learning
