We are seeking dedicated and experienced NICU trained Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCPs) to join our team in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of neonatal respiratory care, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional patient outcomes in a critical care environment.

📍 Location : Los Angeles County, United States

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : NICU Trained RCPs

Hours : Per diem, Day (7am - 7pm) and Night (7pm - 7am)

Pay Rate : $60

What You'll Do :

🎯 Provide comprehensive respiratory assessments and interventions for critically ill neonates.

📊 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

🩺 Educate families on respiratory health management and equipment use.

🤝 Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.

🔍 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment protocols continuously.

📅 Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ At least 5 years NICU and PICU experience as well as adult critical care experience.

✅ Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.

✅ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
