Job descriptionFord Manufacturer Certifications Preferred But Not Required PA State and Emissions License Preferred But Not Required Must have basic tools and tool box Must have great technical and mechanical skills Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks Know how to drive manual and automatic vehicles Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to pass per-employment screening (background & drug test) Readily assist fellow dealership personnel in completing the work necessary to ensure full functioning of the dealership Upbeat and positive attitude Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Shop has A / C in summer and Heat in the Winter Employee discounts on parts and vehicle purchases Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Health and Dental Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life and Disability Insurance Paid Personal Time - Starts accruing from day 1 Company Match 401K - 25% up to 10% of your total pay Company paid for - Health and Wellness Program tailored to your specific needs High Customer Satisfaction For Both Sales & Service A Professional and Respectful Work Environment $50,000 - $100,000 Yearly Depending on Experience
