This full-time Mortgage Processor position will work at our Fremont, MI branch. Responsibilities include :

• Provide exceptional member service by assisting members with completing mortgage and Home Equity loan applications
• Order credit reports, flood determinations, title commitments, surveys, and appraisals
• Process and prepare underwriting packages for contract underwriting for loans sold on the secondary market
• Ensure compliance with underwriting conditions
