RF Sales Engineer

Business Development / Sales Engineer / Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development / Sales Engineer / Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in the RF & Optical Semiconductor markets within the Aerospace and Defense sectors. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge of RF components and system-level sales, as well as a strategic mindset to engage with large accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in RF & Optical Semiconductor sales with direct customer engagement.
• Proven background in selling RF systems and securing multi-million dollar deals
• Hunter mentality with the ability to pursue new business opportunities aggressively.
• Experience in RF and optical technologies used in aerospace and defense applications.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or ITAR compliance Greencard holder
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• An engineering degree is preferred; strong technical acumen is required
• Demonstrated ability to qualify leads independently without heavy engineering support.
• Familiarity with defense appropriations, program funding, and an understanding of how government budgets translate into opportunities
• Long-term growth mindset with a desire to build a career within the company; potential for advancement into senior leadership roles based on performance and contributions.
