We are seeking a Construction Superintendent - Ground Up to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Experience with fuel station / convenience stores, retail and office projects a plus.

Position Responsibilities include onsite direct supervision and coordination of the daily activities of all operations from pre­-construction through the close­ out phase. Including, but not limited to :

We provide general construction services throughout Georgia specializing in ground-up fuel station / convenience store projects, office build outs, restaurant / retail spaces, and gaming facilities.\r\n\r\nExperience with fuel station / convenience stores, retail and office projects a plus.\r\n\r\nPosition Responsibilities include onsite direct supervision and coordination of the daily activities of all operations from pre­-construction through the close­ out phase. Including, but not limited to : \r\n\r\n- Schedule onsite meetings with governmental authorities, subcontractors and suppliers\r\n\r\n- Maintain effective, direct, professional communication with subcontractors, suppliers, owners and other company employees\r\n\r\n- Maintain project schedules, manage project costs and complete final punch list\r\n\r\n- Ensure subcontractors and vendors personnel is sufficient for daily construction activities\r\n\r\n- Manage onsite inventory of all material and equipment\r\n\r\n- Complete all tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering quality finished work product according to plans and specifications\r\n\r\n- Maintain detailed daily field project reports\r\n\r\n- Maintain and organize a clean and safe working environment, including reviewing code and safety issues, immediately addressing and rectifying any job site hazards and unsafe worksite practices\r\n\r\n- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects to ensure that project specifications are achieved\r\n\r\nCompetitive Salary\r\n\r\nPaid Vacation\r\n\r\nPaid Company Holidays\r\n\r\nMileage reimbursement program\r\n\r\nHealth Insurance
