Job Description :

We are a fast-paced clinic in Thousand Oaks seeking Medical Assistants who are passionate about patient care and thrive in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities :

Accurately obtain and record patient medical histories, vital signs, test results, and other relevant information while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Coordinate daily administrative tasks including scheduling, patient check-in / check-out, and maintaining medical records.

Prepare treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assist practitioners during medical procedures and patient care.

Skills & Experience :

Entry-level candidates welcome

Strong foundation in :

Medical terminology

EMR / EHR systems

Scribing

Patient care

Additional experience in authorizations and referrals is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00 / hr.
