If you are an experienced electrical professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch solutions, and want to transition into or further your low-voltage / home automation interests, Techifi is seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Low Voltage Technician to take charge of our projects and mentor a team of talented technicians. Position Overview

The Lead Low-Voltage Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of structured cabling, custom-integrated audio / video systems, lighting controls, motorized shading, security systems, and home automation technologies.

This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. The Lead Technician works closely with project managers / coordniators, clients, and other trades to deliver exceptional results in the field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• System Installation

Lead the installation of low-voltage systems, from rough-in, through trim, into final installation.

Serve as the primary on-site contact for project progress, technical issues, and quality assurance.

Cooperate with the Project Manager / Coordinator and other stakeholders to plan work schedules, material delivery, and project milestones.

Maintain accurate documentation of installation work, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.

Serve as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact for clients / stakeholders on-site.
