Responsibilities include :

• Assist with meal service
• Conduct detailed cleaning of kitchen
• Serve on tray line
• Monitor food safety procedures and equipment cleanliness
• Maintain adequate dietary supply levels
• Clean trays, dishware, and dishes
• All other duties as assigned
