Job Summary : As the Director, Operations for Pediatric Behavioral Health, you collaborate with senior leadership in monitoring, developing, and implementing plans for improving efficiency, decreasing expenses, and improving satisfaction scores. You will have oversight of operations, assess operational processes, and lead the development of new techniques, services, and programs to improve employee, patient, and physician satisfaction. Focusing on Pediatric behavioral health including but not limited to inpatient psychiatry, outpatient counseling therapy, developmental, behavioral, emotional and mental health needs. Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree
Skills : Requires effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Requires demonstrated experience and expertise in : Conflict management, negotiation skills, leadership, operational improvements, and prioritizing. Understanding of joint commission behavioral health standards and the state behavioral health administrative code
Years of Experience : Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience.
Preferred Requirements :
Education : Master's degree in Business or Healthcare
Years of Experience : Minimum of 5 years in the healthcare industry.
