Key Responsibilities
Shape and deliver best-in-class onboarding programs for new hires
Develop and lead learning and training initiatives for the MCDC organization
Build and manage knowledge management systems, including documentation and best-practice libraries
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience in business operations, program management, or related roles
Expertise in leading onboarding, training, and knowledge management initiatives
Proven track record of delivering process improvements and managing complex projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Curiosity and proactivity in learning and experimenting with new technologies
