Job descriptionFamiliarity with construction tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Previous experience in concrete labor or related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time. Willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends if necessary. Experience with concrete forming, rebar tying, and finishing preferred. 1 year of heavy equipment operation is preferred. Job duties include but are not limited to :
- Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
- Assisting with concrete formwork and reinforcement.
- Operating hand and power tools for concrete finishing.
- Assisting with form setting and mucking.
- Assisting with the placement and finishing of concrete slabs and structures.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Following safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements :
Hourly Pay : $18.00-$24.00 per hour DOE.
