Sr Business Intelligence Analyst

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

The successful candidate will be a part of the ES Facilities organization and will serve as a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst, responsible for driving data-driven insights and solutions to support informed decision-making. This position requires that the candidate understands, uses, and applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate to high complexity. Key responsibilities of this role include : - Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze large datasets, providing actionable insights to stakeholders - Designing, developing, and implementing Python programs to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity - Improving current dashboards and processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborating closely with other facilities functions, such as project management, sustainability, and plant engineering to ensure that business intelligence tools and solutions meet their needs - Creating and maintaining documentation of business intelligence solutions, including data sources, ETL processes, and dashboard designs - Supporting Continuous Improvement efforts by analyzing processes, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations for process enhancements - Analyzing large amounts of data to identify insights, trends, and patterns, and developing compelling stories and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in business intelligence principles, data analysis, and technical skills, including proficiency in Power BI, Python, and data visualization tools. They will be a collaborative and innovative problem-solver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Skills include : - Power BI - Python - SQL - MS Excel

At least 4 years of related experience in an analyst type role developing in Power BI, SQL, and Python. A Masters degree can substitute for 2 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, or another related field
