Job descriptionPerform technical analysis and writing skills to support NSWG4, in accordance with Personnel and Security Requirements. Write documents in accordance with all applicable JCIDS / SOFCIDS Requirements Generation standard instructions, directives, and references. Coordinate inter-staff requirement reviews to prepare draft Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA), Initial Capability Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and related documents such as Test and Evaluation Plans and System Integration Plans, as required by NSWC, USSOCOM, and Joint Staff processes. Support collection of initial inputs from users, engineers, program offices, stakeholders, and from Lessons Learned, After Action Reports, Operational Deficiency Reports, and other historical data. Valid state driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to accurately input data into multiple databases. SECRET Security Clearance. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 10 years of experience. 3 years experience with JCIDS and / or SOFCIDS. 3 years experience in research, data analysis, and developing solutions for force optimization. 3 years experience with civilian or government forecasting and modeling tools and research methods. 3 years experience working with DOD, USSOCOM, or DON agencies, understanding SOF warfighter skills, employment methods, and national level tasking. Defense Acquisition University certificates in RQM 110, CLR 151, CLR 250, CLR 252, CLR 101, and RQM 310.
