We are in search of a Director, SureTec East to join our growing team. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for SureTec Innovations East Coast manufacturing operations, comprised of Nextgen Manufacturing and New Dawn Manufacturing. This role oversees end-to-end manufacturing operations, including product development, production, and distribution services, serving leading national retailers and internal customers. The Director ensures operational excellence across facilities, delivering on commitments to innovation, quality, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The Director is accountable for aligning both plants with corporate strategy, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include :

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Nextgen and New Dawn manufacturing plants.
• Oversee daily operations across product development, production, quality assurance, and distribution.
• Ensure manufacturing operations meet customer requirements for private-label and branded products, including automotive, personal use, and both industrial and household cleaning products.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve cost, quality, innovation, and sustainability goals.
• Partner with R&D and product development teams to integrate proprietary innovations into production.
• Maintain quality control and assurance, as well as laboratory functions related to all chemical formulations.
• Serve as primary liaison for SureTec West.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, productivity, waste reduction, and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for plant operations, ensuring accountability and performance against targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership teams; foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain, demand planning, and commercial teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and stakeholders to support operational and strategic objectives.
• Uphold confidentiality of company proprietary information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $110,000 - $118,000. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
