Chart Processing Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Chart Processing Specialist to join our team! This role is key in managing the receipt, processing, and delivery of medical charts, along with supporting general office operations. Hours for the position : Tuesday - Saturday from 6am 2 : 30pm.

Responsibilities for the position include the following :

• Mail Handling : Receive, sort, and distribute mail / packages; prepare outgoing mail.
• Medical Chart Processing : Organize and verify medical records; ensure compliance and accuracy; conduct audits.
• Administrative Support : Maintain filing systems, mailroom supplies, and chart storage areas.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Provide flexible support across departments and build strong internal relationships.
