Job Description :

As a Project Supervisor, youll be responsible for setting up inspection projects, managing customer deliverables, and leading quality inspection teams at various manufacturing and warehouse locations. Youll work closely with both clients and team members to ensure exceptional results.

This is a hands-on leadership role

that combines people management, quality oversight, and customer interaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and supervise quality inspection projects

Develop work instructions and train team leaders / inspectors

Serve as the main point of contact for customers

Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements

Complete training programs and support ongoing team development

Follow company policies and take on additional tasks as needed

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience

Background in B2B customer relations is a plus

Flexibility and adaptability in fast-changing environments

Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset

Positive attitude and self-motivation

Requirements

Valid Drivers License

Willingness to travel frequently, including short-notice assignments

Regular travel to : Jacksonville, FL | St. Augustine, FL | Savannah, GA

All mileage and travel expenses reimbursed per company policy
