A company is looking for a Costco Program Coordinator to enhance the Costco retail program's satisfaction nationwide.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for all Costco-related inquiries and issues
Manage relationships and communication with Costco Executives and monitor member escalations
Analyze program performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in program coordination or project management
Previous experience working with Costco or a similar big-box retail environment is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
