Our client, a manufacturing organization  is seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Chilton, WI

Pay Range : $25.20 + depending on experience

Shift : Both  2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Job Opportunities are Available

What's the Job?

• Assist in developing, training, and evaluating employees within the production area
• Support the shift or department supervisor in achieving safety, quality, and production goals
• Expedite work orders through the manufacturing process and ensure accurate reporting
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and delegate daily work assignments in the supervisor’s absence
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and safety enhancements
