Data Test Engineer

Responsible for ensuring quality and reliability of data infrastructure, user interfaces, and services via data validation and automated testing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated data test scenarios based on system specifications.
• Develop test scripts using appropriate tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Strategize automated testing and provide feedback across analysis, design, implementation, and execution phases.
• Think creatively and brainstorm suggestions for developing, releasing, and maintaining test procedures.
• Confirm data and implement data manipulation or modeling as needed.
• Investigate data quality defects thoroughly and document.
• Provide clear steps to reproduce issues along with precise definitions of the environment in which the defect was located.
