About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Medical Physicist (Ph.D. or M.S.) to join a collaborative and high-performing team serving the North Dallas Region . The position is based in Flower Mound, TX , with the opportunity to work closely with a network of five fully staffed radiation oncology centers in the area (McKinney, Plano, Denison, Denton, and Flower Mound).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full range of on-site clinical medical physics support , including HDR, SRS, and SBRT.
• Ensure quality assurance, calibration, and dosimetry for all treatment and imaging equipment.
• Participate in physics support across the North Dallas Region as needed.
• Advise physicians and clinical staff on technical and dosimetric aspects of patient treatments.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and professional regulations.
• Support and guide dosimetrists and radiation therapists to ensure optimal patient care.
